Main application The rotary barrel of this machine can carry out tow-dimension movement, one rotates and the other swings along with the swing frame. The material to be mixed turns, rotates and mixes along with the barrel; and also swings along with it. Under the effect of the two motions, material is mixed completely in short time. This machine is widely used for mixing powder, granular material.
Working principle: This machine is mostly composed by rotary barrel, swing frame and machine frame. The rotary barrel is equipped on swing frame; supported by four idler wheels and two guide wheels for axial orientation. Among the four supporting idler wheels, two driven wheels is dragged by the rotation drive system to make the rotary barrel rotate; while the swing frame is driven by a group of winch mechanism which is installed on machine frame. The swing frame is supported on machine frame by bearing groupware.
