| Bottles are fed into conveyor by separator wheel and righting bottle by righting device. When sensor detects bottle, will send a signal of dispensing label, the base paper rolls back after bottle is labeled, and a roller press down the label for label smoothness. |

| 6610 labelling head, the world advanced labelling head is adopted. Memory storage, data output and automatic detection function. High speed of label dispensing, up to 30 m/min. Labeling accuracy is up to ±1mm, stable and dependable. Optional is thermal-code printer for printing date, batch number and other contents during labelling. Automatically setting parameters according to size of bottle and label. Adjust automatically with no reposition of the label sensor for different specification of labels and bottles. Storing memory over 50 groups of parameters, applicable for more specifications of standing round bottles. Compact structure allows running smoothly, adjusting easily, connecting dependably. PLC control with connecting port can receive control signal from up-process machine when on line. Chinese and English instruction display are in available and easy to convert. |
